--Move at least 24 minutes a day (minimum needed to reduce premature death)
*Can be broken into short segments throughout the day two 12 to 15 minute
--Include cardio, strength, and stretch/flexibility training
*Utilize chair exercises, aquatic, or standing depending on ability
