Aerobic Exercise

Moderate intensity 5 or more days a week for 30 to 60 minutes


-Examples include walking, aquatic exercise, stationary cycling are great for those with concerns with weight bearing activities.



Most will be able to tolerate aerobic moderate intensity exercise 5 or more days a week. Due to concerns with possible medical conditions, older adults are recommended to consult with their physician before starting any exercise program.
